I want to acknowledge from the outset that it has been a pleasure dealing with you and you could not have been more helpful and professional in relation to the organisation and running of our event yesterday. This was an important event for our organisation and we wanted to make sure the small businesses owners who attended the event felt important and looked after, that invited delegates were comfortable, that the logistics in relation to organising space for the businesses to exhibit their products was organised and safe.
Each of the above was met by you without us having to ask. A number of colleagues were there early to set up and they couldn’t get over how helpful the staff member was in relation to setting up and dressing the tables. One colleague said she was going for a cup of coffee before she knew it he had arrived with a coffee for her and two others. The food was excellent and it was just right. Huge acknowledgement to Sandra for meeting up with us in advance and estimating exactly what we needed.
Credit where credit is due, this level of organisation doesn’t happen automatically, significant work and dedication goes on behind the scenes and on behalf of myself and all in the organising committee, I want to acknowledge the work of each person who contributed to the success of yesterday’s event.
