The name 'Éala' comes from the Irish word for 'swan', a bird with strong Irish cultural importance. 

In Irish folklore, swans hold a special place in our collective imagination. From the timeless legend of The Children of Lir, they symbolise transformation, resilience, beauty and an enduring connection to our heritage.

It is this spirit that inspires Éala.
